Sarah Heintz
Founder & Digital Marketing Strategist
Holding a Master’s in Psychology from Germany, her place of birth and upbringing, combined with 9 strong years of learning, hard work across Europe and Cape Town, and determination, has led Sarah to go out on her own and open Digital Fox. Sarah is a PPC expert and a Digital Media Strategist – taking in marketing strategies holistically to ensure the client’s success.
Born in the picturesque town of Speyer, Germany, Sarah attended a well-known girls school and, after graduating from high school with distinction, she decided to follow her strong interest in Psychology at the University of Koblenz-Landau. As a student still, Sarah’s first experience in the working world was in Frankfurt as a part of the Strategic Human Resources Management team at Deutsche Bank AG in 2008.
Post completing her experience at DB AG, Sarah headed off to carry on her studies in Finland as a study abroad programme. This was a great place to not only engage in her Psychology major but also to broaden her English skills and travel around Europe. During these 6 months, Sarah managed to explore Dublin, London, Stockholm, Moscow, and to go beyond the polar circle and witness the Northern Lights. Post her time in Finland, Sarah came back to another work-experience stint of 5 months as a Junior Consultant at Kienbaum Management Consultants near Cologne. Here, Sarah learned all about Change Management and its application.
In 2010, Sarah’s master’s thesis choice led her to the Research & Development department at Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart where she developed an engaging learning programme for the team specifically tasked with manufacturing the SLS AMG. With graduation looming, and the wanderlust setting in, Sarah signed up for an internship in Cape Town. Returning to her initial interests in HR, Sarah worked as a recruiter for Students Go Abroad. This choice would lead Sarah to find her forever home and eventually tie in her education in Psychology with the demands of the digital age. Until founding Digital Fox in 2019, Sarah grew in her field through substantial experiences across Cape Town. This included IT work for PixelFaerie and recruitment for 2 years at Arbeiten in Kapstadt.
Finally, it led Sarah to 5 solid years at Traffic Brand, where she grew through the ranks from junior to senior campaign manager, and finally to being a full-fledged Digital Media Strategist - working closely with brands to help them grow. 9 strong years of learning, hard work, and determination led Sarah to go out on her own and open Digital Fox. The idea behind Digital Fox is to marry Psychology and digital advertising to effectively grow the client’s business to its full potential.

Cayleen has a BA degree in Creative Brand Communications and Visual Communications from Vega School of Brand Leadership. Since then, has acquired 7 years in the field. Her strengths lie heavily in the way that she artistically defies the expected, when rendering visually appealing imagery from the simplest of ideas.
Born and raised in Durban South Africa, before moving to the mother city just under 2 years ago. Travel, adventure and photography are paramount to her being and lend a huge hand at inspiring her work; creating the unexpected in a sea of conformity.

Brittni van Zyl - Key Accounts Manager
Brittni has a love for all things marketing that has been developed from her creative, energetic and competitive spirit. She has an undergraduate in BCom Marketing Management and went onto complete her BCom Marketing Management Honours degree, both from the University of Pretoria.
Brittni has a background working in a variety of different industries through client challenges in her honours year however her work experience in marketing is based in the construction and design industry where she developed her skills as well as others such as interior design through a certificate course and assisting in designing client’s future homes.
Outside of work, Brittni is a nature lover and adventurer at heart; whether it be climbing a mountain, training for her next hike, traveling to new places, trying new foods or meeting new people, Brittni is happiest when on an adventure.

Aspen Henriksen - Digital Copywriter
Aspen is our Digital Copywriter and Storyteller. She grew up in the Natal Midlands under the shadow of the Drakensberg and completed her studies in Stellenbosch and Cape Town. She started her working career as an intern at Media24 and after exploring print, she ventured into retail and then found herself in the agency world soon after.
When the rest of the team are working on the other important parts of this well-oiled machine, Aspen spends her time writing scroll-stopping copy that is research and insight-driven and resonates with clients. Nouns. Verbs. The works.
When our pun-loving polyglot isn’t writing or opening people’s hearts and purses with her words, she’s usually running or sipping on a glass of Chardonnay with friends (It’s all about balance you know?) She loves getting to know a brand's DNA and refining their voice while she collaborates with the dynamic team to execute a strategy, push boundaries and keep clients at the centre of our agency.

Joffre Panchana, originally from Ecuador, studied advertising and graphic design at ITSU before starting work in 2004 for Publigrata advertising agency as a graphic designer. Joffre focused on a myriad of tasks such as brand identity, print campaigns, photo retouching, packaging, stationery, logos, etc. In 2008, Joffre decided to further his skills by studying website design and development, as well as programming, over the course of 2 years in an IT College in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
After completing his studies, Joffre started working remotely for companies based in New York, all across Europe, and South Africa. As a freelance developer, Joffre worked on a variety of projects from logotype, branding, and websites to focusing on building entire e-commerce websites.
Visiting Cape Town in 2012, Joffre fell in love with the city and decided he had to spend more time here. One of Joffre’s earliest projects in the mother city was developing the website for Greenpoint's beloved The Piano Bar, which then connected him to many more clients. Since then, he has worked with several local clients; fulfilling a multitude of requests, from logo design, stationery, brand identity, video, and drone footage, and complex e-store sites. Joffre is also skilled in Search Engine Optimization, building and setting up Chatbots, and creating video content for social media.
